Cauliflower Puree

Soft, buttery and silky. It’s true that something this simple can be this good.

ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup cream
  • 40 g butter
  • salt and pepper
Method

Put all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer gently until the cauliflower is cooked. Puree until silky smooth
